Fort Ritchie at Cascade
In 2007, COPT introduced Fort Ritchie at Cascade, a new mixed-use development. The new community of Fort Ritchie will become an economic engine for the northern Maryland and southern Pennsylvania region by attracting a vital group of Fortune 500 companies, government tenants, small businesses, and residents.
